ORA Snow Storm Clownfish have mostly white bodies with black fins. They have black eyes and some black on their lips. They are topped off with hints of icy blue around the edges of the fins and lips. This blue coloration makes the fish truly spectacular. This fish is the offspring of a Black Storm and a Black Snowflake clownfish. Although this fish is a designer clownfish, it is just as easy to care for as other ocellaris clownfish. Snow Storm Clownfish can be paired with another Snow Storm Clownfish or any other ocellaris clownfish. It is peaceful and gets along with most other tank mates. This fish can be hosted by an anemone and looks particularly beautiful if done so. It is hardy and accepts a wide range of different aquarium foods. Because this fish is a designer fish, it does not come from the ocean nor does it have an ocean counterpart.

More Information
While designer clownfish such as this Snow Storm are loved for their colors and patterns, they are also great for their easy care requirements. Because they are captive-bred, they are hardier and more resilient to disease than wild-caught clownfish. They are also less likely to carry a disease from ORA than the ocean. Captive-bred fish are better adapted for aquarium life and better able to handle the stress of shipping as well. You are helping the ocean by purchasing captive-bred fish because doing so discourages the harmful wild-caught trade and supports the captive-bred industry instead.
